Which countries and currencies do you support?
We're built for Namibia and the wider SADC region. You can invoice in Namibian Dollar (N$), South African Rand, Botswana Pula, Zambian Kwacha, US Dollar and more, with a built-in exchange-rate reference. Local tax rules and payment methods are rolling out country by country.
Can I choose how my documents look?
Yes — you can pick from 5 professional designs (Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold & Elegant) in Settings. Your choice applies to every invoice, quotation, receipt and job card, and you can switch any time.
Can clients pay by mobile money?
Bank transfer (EFT) and card payments are supported today.

Does it work offline?
Yes. A NAM INVOICE is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — install it on your phone or desktop and pages you've opened stay available even without internet. Your changes sync the moment you're back online.
Can I send documents on WhatsApp?
Absolutely. You can share invoices, quotes and receipts straight to a client's WhatsApp, plus send by email or download as a PDF.
How are payments accepted?
We accept bank transfers (EFT) and card payments. For bank transfers, just upload your proof of payment and your subscription is activated, usually within 24 hours.
Is my data secure?
Your data is private to your account, protected with secure password hashing and CSRF protection, and you can export it any time. We never sell your information.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — all plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel whenever you like; your documents stay accessible.
